New Name, Same Commitment: Welcome to Tallowbourn

When I first started this business, I wasn’t thinking about brand names or websites. My background is in biotech and research, not e-commerce. My only goal at the time was simple: share the products that helped my mom and family members with more people who needed them.

Introducing Tallowbourn

We’re proud to introduce our new name: Tallowbourn. While the name is new, everything you’ve come to trust remains the same.....same formulas, same commitment to clean, deeply nourishing skincare made from grass-fed tallow and other ancestral ingredients.

The word bourn means a small stream or place of origin. You’ll see it flowing through the mountains in our bison logo—symbolizing our return to the source. Back to the way our ancestors did it: simple, strong, and rooted in nature.

Tallowbourn reflects who we are and where we’re headed. It’s a name that connects us to our beginnings, our family, and our belief that what’s real and natural will always stand the test of time.

What to Expect

Again, no changes to our products or formulas!  However, over the next couple of weeks/months you'll see some updates to our website and socials.  Many our products will still be labeled with our prior brand as the full transition won't be done until the end of the year.  We are also stepping up our game with our packaging and labeling.  Stay tuned for that as we get closer to the end of the year.
