Shipping policy

We offer one U.S. shipping rate for everyone (subscription and one-time orders).

• Orders under $50: $5.95 flat shipping • Orders $50+: free shipping • Orders $50+: Free Lip Balm 3-Pack (gift)

Volume discounts still apply at checkout where offered.

Our goal is to process and ship all orders within 1 (max 2) business days. If any extended delays are anticipated, we will notify customers directly via email.

Orders are fulfilled and shipped from Tulsa, OK, allowing for faster delivery to more customers from our centrally located warehouse.

Refunds: if we refund a product under our Keep-It Guarantee or refund policy, we refund the product price only. Shipping charges are generally not refunded.
